I like to build a good rapport with bride and groom and so usually meet them at their chosen venue around a month before their ‘special day’. I prefer to work on a less formal basis than many wedding photographers. I like to capture the spirit of the day, working quickly and shooting a mixture of reportage and ‘candid’ images, in addition to the more traditional groups commonly requested.
